Learning for Impact (L4I) is an international consulting group created in 2006, with operations in Weston (Miami area), United States and Cali, Colombia. L4I has a strong focus on the development of competencies and skills for the shift towards gender equity and equality, in the context of human and economic development.
In this Network, the capacities and skills of high-level professionals are united, who have experience and complementary knowledge in different areas of knowledge. This reinforces our ability to carry out specific tasks, ensures quality and creates opportunities for interdisciplinary learning among colleagues. We work in connection with international networks and other organizations linked to sustainable human development.
We have adapted participatory methods of institutional and organizational analysis oriented to self-evaluation and learning, involving personnel of all levels in collective creation processes and action-based planning.
We carry out short-term consultancies, as well as supporting long-range projects with the aim of strengthening the organizational capacities of our clients, while providing training for the development of gender equity and equality competencies with an intercultural approach.

Fabiola Amariles Erazo is Colombian and American, with a degree in Education (Literature and Languages) from the Santiago de Cali University, an Economist from the Autonomous University of the West and a postgraduate degree in Finance and Strategic Management from the Universidad del Valle de Cali, Colombia. He completed specialized studies in Human Management and Organizational Development with a focus on gender at the Simmons Management School in Boston, United States and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Washington, DC
She currently heads the Learning for Impact consultancy, with offices in Weston, Florida, United States and Cali, Colombia, which provides advice on participatory evaluation of gender and leadership development and training programs and projects. She is also part of various international networks for development and is a member of the Management Group of EvalGender +, the global association to promote the demand, supply and use of equity-focused and gender-sensitive evaluations.
In the face of a global economy in constant change, organizations, programs and development projects must monitor and evaluate their operations and strengthen their capacities and those of their personnel to effectively meet each challenge and maximize their results.
